Cancellation policy

Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy (UK)

At Alpha Muscle Fitness, some products may be offered with different purchase options, including one-time purchases and recurring subscription plans.

This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for UK customers.


1. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly (for example by email) within the 14-day period.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


2. Subscription / Recurring Purchase Options

If you choose a subscription or recurring purchase option, you are entering into an ongoing contract for repeat deliveries.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team.

Your cancellation will take effect for future orders only.

Any order that has already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a normal order under our standard returns policy.


3. Cooling-Off Period for Subscriptions (UK Customers)

If you are a UK consumer and you sign up to a subscription, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day your subscription is confirmed.

If you cancel within this 14-day period and no goods have yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.

If goods have already been dispatched during the cooling-off period, you may still cancel, but you must return the goods in accordance with our returns policy.


4. How to Cancel

You can cancel by:

  • Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription, or

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive the returned items or confirm your cancellation.

Original delivery charges may only be refunded where required by law.


6. Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as supplements or sealed items) may only be returned if they are unopened and in their original condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
